Quiz of the day - Who and what bike??

Answer to the Spitfire quiz - the Allied aircraft had the stripes painted on the wings before “D” Day - to show ground troops they were “Friendly”
First correct response was by Greg Raybeck - who told us his Father was a Paratrooper on that day. Harlow and Carl Muller also knew the answer.
Wednesday was  forecast to be a good weather day - so I made the most of it and went riding.
Not a lot to report today - another cool damp one in the Valley  - might be a good time to remind people that we do stock Wulf wet riding gear - give us a call if you need some ( not expensive)
A great Mick of Mick Andrews in his backyard, with his favorite Ossa - Nice to see that Mick is still riding. - Did you know that Mick and “Liz” live in a  a cottage once owned by Florence Nightinggale, - the wonderful Nurse from World War One. - It’s at Matlock in Derbyshire. ( I think this is correct) Mick invited myself and my daughter Helen to stay over on route from the 1989 Scottish - but our schedule was too tight to accept, which was a shame.
