Yesterday, I was driving down Pleasant Valley road near where we live in Vernon, and noticed a young lad walking along smoking a cigarette!! &#8211; Now each side of this road has long grass, which the city never seems to keep cropped, and I could not help but wonder where this lad would be putting out his fag end!!! -that&#8217;s all it would need!!!!
