Mornin’ bloggers – With the fire situation in the valley and in particular Summerland being in total chaos – I thought we would devote today showing more pics of our great trials area that we had and some from the outlaw trial which we held there starting 1987.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From top to bottom – The time I took Beta Canada boss Steve Howland around the loop. You can see Giant’s head in Summerland in the distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next Jay’s camp the day after one of our late season Trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then myself out riding with Pete in April one year ( Oh how we look forward to snow)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next is Taff on our fantastic section Pete and I made called Heartbreak Hill. ( Below is me looking at the memorial plaque we put there after Pete died)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then who could forget that section where Foordy found out 1st gear didn’t work!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next up we see Jacek struggling on one of our new and really great sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Followed by Steve Day – but then the next shot showing Pete looking like a Pro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a ton of old pics and video that we took over the years at Summerland and obviously we are sad to see the Fire situation at this time, hopefully we will be able to check things out later when it settles down and we get some cooler weather and a lot of rain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know for sure, that the Summerland Trials were by far the most popular for over 20 years, so let us know if you would like to see more memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
