Well today we have showed a link below of the Motorcycle career of John Kitchener – Some of you might remember John from a few of the Summerland Outlaw Trials, where he helped out with the checking, and also from the Ymir events, as John has a home in Castlegar.. Although John has not competed in Canada ( as far as I know) He had an extensive and successful career in the UK and in Europe, riding both Trials and later Enduro. Interestingly although I did not meet John until he came to Canada – we might have passed each other in the Paddock at the 1983 ISDE in Wales – He was on the British Team and I was managing the Yamaha riders on our Canadian Team ( And I’m sure John must have seen our very impressive Yamaha Transporter – supplied by Yamaha UK in the Parc-Ferme .Click on the link to read about his exploits – (Note! the Bob he refers to was a close friend he had in the UK)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
