Here is likely the most famous Trials section in the World – the pic by Eric Kitchen was taken in 1972 – that was the year my brother and myself spectated there – the Alcan plant was still operating at that time. We had lunch just down the road at the local Pub – and were amazed to see a lot of the workers in there, drinking a half and a half – which is a half pint of beer with a large glass of Scotch ( no wonder they closed the plant) – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
