Skiff of snow overnight, but I was out early yesterday to get my haircut – Our local Barbour shop has 4 chairs and is always backed up unless you get there at 8.30am prompt. – I was pleasantly surprised to see a bunch of Motorcycle Mojo mags in the rack!! – I’m guessing Emily’s dad has found the best local spot for getting his hair cut!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the dust still a long way from settling on the KTM fiasco – I found this pic from when Fantic were top of the World, but like so many other factories they fell on hard times. – Interesting that the brand name has been re-introduced with an Enduro line, using Yamaha engines. ( Hope they pay for them!!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n ========================================<\/p>\n\n\n\n I clicked onto You Tube late Friday, and watched some video from the first day of the 2025 Dakar – crazy stuff, but neat scenery. – One thing that crossed my mind, is where does all the money come from for these teams – we see Red Bull sponsoring every type of sport, F1 – Moto GP – even Trials with Toni Bou and Dougie Lampkin etc. – is there really that much profit in the energy drink market ??<\/p>\n\n\n\n =======================================<\/p>\n\n\n\n And lastly a great shot of Mart Lampkin on the 325 Bultaco Sherpa T<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wish I had kept that last one I had in 1973.
