{"id":8749,"date":"2025-05-23T06:59:57","date_gmt":"2025-05-23T13:59:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/outlawtrials.com\/davesblog\/?p=8749"},"modified":"2025-05-23T06:59:57","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T13:59:57","slug":"friday-may-23rd-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/outlawtrials.com\/davesblog\/2025\/05\/23\/friday-may-23rd-25\/","title":{"rendered":"Friday May 23rd\/25"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Answer to our last quiz &#8211; Phillipe Berlattier &#8211; otherwise known as the &#8220;The Bear&#8221; former World Round rider, famous for tackling a big German Observer for giving him a &#8220;5&#8221; &#8211; These days Phillipe rides the Classic trials, but is also the French TRS Importer. &#8211; A few got this with Brett first in as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We received an email from John Kitchener who attached this &#8220;You Tube&#8221; clip of riding the Moors in the Scottish Six Day Trial. &#8211; John knows we have always been advocates of long loop Trials , which test what the sport was always intended, &#8211; The Reliability of the machine and the Stamina of the rider.
