Answer to the last quiz – the great Jordi Tarres when he was in his prime, riding the first Beta zero Prototype. This was quit an easy one so most of our bloggers got it. ( We all wish Jordi our best with his health situation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday I mentioned 3 of my main beefs regarding modern Trials – but perhaps the one that should top the list is the fact that the Europeans always refer to a TRIAL as a RACE – Grrrrrrrrrrr<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we head into the weekend, lets hope we don’t see any new Forest fires in our area – we caution everybody to take care while out in the woods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is an old brochure showing the 1953 Triumph Trophy note the rubber covered footpegs ( because they vibrated so bad) plus the rear mounted stand for removing the rear wheel for tire changes..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter from Oz says the Australian Trials Championships are happening this weekend – so we will look for results on that from “down under”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As posted earlier it’s the Beta Canada trial at Ioco on Sunday we hope they get a good turn out ( with lots of Beta’s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
