Birthday Greetings today to our lad Steve – who turns 58 today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below is a pic of Steve on his first motorcycle – It was a Replica Steve Baker Flat-tracker – built by Bob Work and given to our Steve, by Bob back in 1975. ( Complete with that famous #32 number plate)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below is a pic of Steve (center) with Mike on the left and Rob on the right ( Mike now has a Beta Factory and often rides with me)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We got Steve into Cross County racing at a young age – here is a pic of him on an IT 175 on the left about to take the lead in the junior class at Kelowna, in which unfortunately, he got blinded in one eye after catching up to the Senior riders he got filled in by mud and pulled his goggles down – only to then get hit by a rock spun up by another senior rider, so that was the end of his motorcycle career at age 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

( With me working for Yamaha this was a very bad time for our family as Babs then hated motorcycles – it took a long time for us to get over this)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
