Answer to the last quiz – Dougie Lampkin at the US World Round in Donner 1994. – Neil and Pete both got it correct – Brett got everything but the correct year – but also knew that is was a photo that I took using a Pentax 35mm fitted with a 300mm lens. We have not heard much about who is doing what in the Valley, but we do know that Tom Hills from New Denver has picked up a nice used TRS !! He has quite a collection of bikes, including the Sherco – I sold him new back a few years ago. – It was Tom and his buddy Lionel – that took me up high in the mountains above New Denver to explore old mining areas, a few years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Birthday greetings today go out to our buddy Harold (Turk) Perepalkin, who has just made his 82nd trip around the sun. – A Trials rider, and ISDT competitor, Turk still rides a lot on Vancouver Island and will likely be out today on his TRS Xtrack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
