Answer to the Saturday quiz – Olga Kevelos – the brilliant Lady rider who later became a board member of the FIM – Brett got it 2nd guess – Bob got it first guess!!!
Quiz today – Guess who? When and what Scottish section ?

We heard from Katie to say she survived the loop – sections were tough and she was 2nd out of the gate – so not the best position having to “scrub in” the sections – looking forward to all the stories when she gets back from Spain.
This is a nice shot of Emma Bristow – taking a bow at her final world Trial – she lost out on the win by the tie breaker, which in FIM Trials is now on total time !!! I think it was only seconds. – We think this rule is dumb, especially when it was reported that the winner jumped the que to save precious time. – How many times do we have to say that Observed Trials, is NOT a race,!!

We are now taking orders for 2025 Beta and TRS bikes – we have just ordered one of the brilliant new TRS 80’s, which have been getting such good reviews. – both the 80 and 125 bikes are special order, along with Gold models, so if you want one you HAVE to get you order in early!!
Here is a customer with the TRS 80 – likely for his youngster – obviously he loves it!!

The CPTA Iron Mountain Trial goes today – hope they get a good turn out – I know Stan and Jay Colley are going. – Sections may be slick as we have had storms coming through even in the OK Valley.
The good news is that I’m going riding today with Mike Phillips – a lad I took to his first ever Cross Country race, with our Steven. – I will take some pics of the adventure – no doubt I will be a bit rusty and the old body will likely be complaining – I’ve not been out hardly at all this year, due to the fire hazard etc.

A line up of Champions in Spain – I can name most, but not. the guy on the far left or the guy between Raga and Dougie – also the gal next to Jordi. – ( Marc Colomer on far right getting to look old)
Below Dougie and Alfie Lampkin accepting the 50 yr FIM plaque for Martin Lampkin the first ever Trials World Champion in 1975.

Roger Boothroyd sent us this pic of his FIM Program and medal from the 1975 World Round near Calgary – As most know – I set this up plus looked after printing the program. Not many Canadian riders can say they have ridden in a FIM World Trial. – We had a bunch for that first one. This was the first ever FIM World Trial to be held in Canada,
