Christmas Day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And no snow!!
Merry Christmas Everyone – especially to our regular Outlaw Bloggers – thanks for sticking with us these past many ,many years on our daily exploits.
Answer to the last quiz – Jordi Tarres – on the Beta zero Prototype – most of our regulars got this. – We saw Jordi on this bike in Scotland in 1989 – unfortunately he only lasted one day as the rad got plugged with god old Scottish mud and the motor seized. – I’m sure I have a pic somewhere of him back at the pits. After that of course he won just about everything with the new bike.
Quiz today – A local pic from a few years ago – Can anybody name these guys? Hint – one is a Construction guy, one a builder, one Vet and one a Printer.!! The pic was taken at White Lake BC

Now here is a pic that I can relate to !! During the War years, we didn’t see many vehicles on our Country roads, so all the local kids used to build and race these things which we called “Trollies” – My brother was an ace builder and managed to scrounge all the best “Pram” wheels – he even fitted a steering wheel connected to the front by a bicycle chain – our races would start at the top of the hill on our road, and we would time the runs which ended a long way down near the main road. – Our “Trollies” usually won. – ( We did not have trailers behind as in this pic) amazingly I don’t recall anybody ever getting hurt. – Of course these races had to be halted when the local home guard would come marching up the road.!!! ( But all the kids would “Salute”)
