We hope you are all adapting to the change in the weather where ever you may be!! – As I look out at the scenes of road chaos on face book – I am just thankful that I don’t travel anymore – lots of white knuckle experiences over that 30 year spell, but luckily never had any accidents or went in the ditch. – Somebody once said that Trials riders make good drivers, because they understand all about traction!!!! Hmmmm!

I saw this pic of Sammy Miller on FB – and it reminded me of when we hosted a Sammy Miller Trial in Alberta. We used the pic below as a center spread.
We always printed up a program for the big events back then which I think gave them more of a professional appearance plus the program acted as a collector item. We sold advertising for them which paid for the printing etc.

And this pic of F1 driver Graham Hill in a Go kart, reminded me of the one and only time I tried one out. – We were at a local dis-used airfield testing a Ducati Road racer, when somebody showed up with this Go Kart and suggested I try it out!! – Well off I went down the run-way at max throttle, when all of a sudden one of the front steering rods came off, and I was spinning around and around – eventually shooting off backwards UNDER a barb wire fence!!!! – I don’t have to tell you what I said after that ( besides Never again)

Just in case anybody is interested, we still don’t have prices or other details on the 2026 Beta Syncro models – only that some will arrive next February – We do know that you can get them with estart plus injection – if that is your choice, but I’m sure supply will be limited, so if you want one, better give us a shout!!

The pics below came up on FB and are interesting, because that aqueduct was only about 3 miles from where I grew up, and I drove past it many, many times, but as a young guy I had little interest in the fact that it was an engineering masterpiece. – People can either go across in a canal boat or walk across- quite the tourist attraction.
