Answer to the last quiz – A young Mick Andrews on the factory AJS – this was arranged for him by Ralf Venables, who was friends with the Factory Competition Manager. – I got the full story from Mick’s Dad back in 1972, when we were staying at the Grand Hotel in Fort William for the Scottish – We had some great chats while sharing a dinner table with Tom Andrews and his buddy. -It wasn’t until two years later that I got to meet Mick, when He was on Yamaha, and I put on a Trials demo in Calgary. – However my complete center page coverage of that 1972 Scottish was printed in the US Dirt Bike Magazine.

Happening this weekend near Drumheller Alberta – I did ride this area many years ago when we lived in Calgary – lots of places where you could vanish down into bottomless holes!!
