Like many of our older bloggers, we grew up during the Second World War, – our Father, made sure we moved back to the Welsh border, to stay with my Gran, before he joined the Army. – He was lucky to get out of Dunkirk, and we were lucky as a family, to escape any of the bombing and other trauma. – As I think I’ve mentioned before, I still have some memories from this time. ( I was born in 1937)

Birthday Greetings today to the great Sammy Miller – who turns 92 today !! A man who the word “Legend” really does apply.
We have not heard from either Katie or Emily, since they were at the TDN in Italy – but We just had this pic sent us by Dave Coull from Vancouver Island – and I think this was taken of Katie at the recent VMC Trial. ( Great shot)
