Today is the funeral of Arthur Lampkin in Yorkshire – We wonder if Arthur was superstitious !!!!!( Note the date) – I’m sure the lads will all enjoy a few pints afterwards at his favorite Pub. –

Answer to the last quiz – Rob Crawford wearing Anson riding gear and on a Beta Techno – Harlow jumped in first. – I remember seeing Rob at the Scottish trying to sort out the problem with his Mont, before tackling Witch’s Burn. – He still rides and is pictured here on his birthday which was yesterday. – He is sitting on a TRS Xtrack – not sure if he was just test riding it as he has been riding a Beta.

I saw this pic of Mick ducking his head to go under a tree branch and it reminded me of Alberta Cross Country races, where you would suddenly come across one of these hazards and sometimes did not “duck” low enough and suffer with a head ache for the rest of the day!!! ( Although it looks like Mick has lots of room)

In the weather picture – we have had some typical March stuff in the Valley – quite a lot of snow up high, and a skiff down low at our place, although we had reports of very windy and icy conditions in other parts of Vernon.
Obviously this blast of Winter is causing hazardous driving conditions up on the Coq – which is unfortunate because this Sunday is the TRS Trial at Ioco. ( please stay safe)
