Answer to the Thursday quiz – rider is the late Ron Harvey of Calgary riding his Bultaco Matador at Chestermere Lake.
Ron was one of the first people I met when I joined the Calgary Motorcycle club, and did actually let me have a ride on that bike one day while we were at Blackfoot Park in 1969. – ( without studded tires) – Without a doubt the Calgary club were the very best at the time, with weekly meetings at the Club house they owned out at Chestermere Lake.
