Jordi Tarrés continues his recovery at a good pace and has visited the headquarters of TRRS Motorcycles for the first time since his operation. The seven-time trial world champion plans to gradually return to his duties as he continues to strengthen.

Just a month after undergoing a complex and successful double liver and kidney transplant, trial legend and seven-time world champion Jordi Tarrés continues to show that his competitive and resilient spirit goes far beyond the competition zones.
After being discharged from hospital two weeks ago, Tarrés continues his recovery at home, where he continues to evolve very positively. Today he took a particularly significant step by visiting, for the first time since the intervention, the facilities of TRRS Motorcycles, the brand that he himself promoted and manages.
The visit, although brief, had an obvious emotional charge. Received with enthusiasm by all the TRRS staff, Jordi explained that he simply wanted to “see friends”, collect some documents and reconnect with that space where, as he himself has said on more than one occasion, “dreams come true”.
Although he continues to feel somewhat tired – which is to be expected in this type of process – his evolution is very good. According to his entourage, his intention is to start going to the company’s headquarters once or twice a week while he continues to recover. He has already started to take care of some matters from home, and his goal is to resume his activity with more intensity at the end of July. If all goes according to plan, he expects to be fully active in September.
I’m sure we all wish Jordi a speedy and full recovery from this latest “Trial” in his life.

Answer to the last quiz – a bit of a tricky one as it was not a Motorcycle related pic !! It was of course Tommy Fleetwood, the golfer who lost the big win last weekend on the 18th hole. He is pictured with his wife, wearing the Olympic medal he won last year.
Of course our regular blogger Neil Carter got this, but also Roger Boothroyd so obviously I’m not the only one who likes to click on the Pro Golf on TV. – A mind game, just like Trials.
Quiz today – another Trials pic – who is this? and who is the guy on the left watching?

Here is an interesting pic of Kelowna in 1908 – a time when there were only 700 people living in what is now a very large City – You can see the Ferry that was used back then, before they built that first floating bridge.
