It appears that the CMA National Trial in Victoria went well, in spite of the bad weather, making things very difficult, especially on Saturday. – Having put on many Nationals plus an FIM event over the years, I know only too well how much work goes into the planning, it takes a lot of dedication and experience to get it right – then of course you can’t predict the weather.
It did not appear that they had a very large entry for this – maybe the time of the year and travel expenses were to blame – it’s always a tough call, when hosting a national – We used to try and get Pre-Entry in order to know who to expect, – something normal in the UK. This also helped when we were printing up a Program.
It was great to see our local Gals out there competing and getting on the podium, so ” Well done ” – to them and all concerned hosting the Event.

Below is Emily on the Outlaw Beta Evo 200 – watched by Bob Clark

And here is Katie on the same obstacle – both pics by Dale Coull. Katie is on the Outlaw Beta Evo 250.

The full results and a lot of pics and video clips have been posted on FB and You Tube.
Note ! We do not travel far these days, it’s an old age thing – not like in the past when we were at most big events out West.

I had planned on getting out for a ride on Sunday, but was not feeling well – I did have everything ready to go – even had my Wulf Boots all “Dubbin’d” still looking great after 4yrs use. ( yes we have a good stock of these at a very good price) – I had not decided which bike to take!
