Saturday May 24th/25

I happened to open this link while clicking on to the web, and saw this map, but with the words “Permanently Closed” – Which of course is utter Hogwash – We have notified the site that we have been in business since 1987 and still going strong!!

==========================================

As we head into the busy Summer riding season, don’t forget that we still have some great deals going on Beta and TRS bikes, plus of course our Wulf Trials gear is always a bargain – give us a call if you need info: ( No this is not our shop)

===========================================

I see there is a Trial at Whistler tomorrow – not sure if any of our group are going ( a bit of a long haul )

=========================================

Good to see the mail service is still operating – jeesh !!! what a crock this is – I don’t think any of the Postal workers are starving and the last strike cost all the small business people big dollars, with some going bust. – glad we now only run a “Hobby” business.

========================================

Here is a nice shot from Scotland of the Yorkshire Trials Royalty.

( You will notice most are on Beta bikes)

==========================================

We have often mentioned how some of our favorite Trials/rides have been high up in the Mountains – to places that are best visited on a Trials bike, which leave little trace. Here is one great day we had out a few years ago with Taff and Chris Hrabb up above Trout Lake BC – an elevation of 7,000ft, but no issues at all for the Beta Evo 200 that I’m on.

==========================================

While we have mentioned the very long time our Outlaw Trial has been going in BC – I came across this pic of another Trial we started in Alberta many years ago. “The Sammy Miller Trial” not sure how many years this was held, as I moved on to Cross Country Racing but as usual back in those years, we always printed up a program for any big event. ( Yes Sammy is still going strong at age 92)
