Answer to the last quiz – Helmut Klassen – one of the most successful ISDT competitors in Canada, also the KTM Importer back in the day -We visited the USA KTM Importers in Cleveland Ohio many years ago with the Interlube Rep Jim Clifford, and Helmut – they were looking at putting Optimol in all the KTM bikes at that time. – The plant was in a basement – no big fancy factory, and run by guys who also raced bikes. It was a great experience.
We still keep in touch with Helmut – he still sells Opti and still rides bikes – I think he is 89 now. – Jack Chant was the first correct, followed by Brett, Bob and Harlow- then Neil.

We saw a nice report by Abigail Buzzelli on her ride at the Ohio national where she took the win in the ladies top class on a Beta factory Evo 200 – she said it worked great in the muddy conditions.

Neil Carter sent us the results from Ontario – he says it was a very hot day, which likely kept some riders at home. – I noticed the name Brian Marshal listed, but not sure if that is Kelvin Marshal’s son or not – he did move down East a few years ago and was working for KTM.
