It was minus 7 yesterday, but with the sun shining – I just had to get out for a zip around the yard. – a good chance to fire up my neat little TRS 125 ( even that took a few kicks as it’s been sitting in the cold shop) – With one of my cameras balanced on the trunk of Babsy’s car I got a few minutes of video while doing some figure eights!! Yeah!!!!! I can still balance. – This pic is a computer screen shot, as I’m shutting her down.

We heard from a lot of our blogger friends from around the World including Peter in Oz and Stan in Mexico – also got a call from Sammy King which was nice, as we have not touched base for some time. – As we head into a New Year, we can only hope that things on the World stage simmer down
.Here is a pic I took of Sam when he first came over from OZ – He is riding the Outlaw 300 Factory Beta and wearing Wulf gear.

As everybody knows, the FIM have been under a lot of heat regarding the way they are promoting Trials – In a jovial mood I suggested maybe they should bring in a new rule -” Lose a point for every hop” – that might sort them out!!

At this time of the year, we all tend to look back at old memories – family and friends – many who have now passed on -We have lost many this past year.
Here is a pic of my elder brother Don, who died two years ago. – this shows him in the rear seat of a RAF Tornado Jet Fighter. Because he was ex RAF and also served many years as the CO of the cadets, at age 75, they took him on a trip through the sound barrier – the pilot was one of Don’s former students. – When he died they wanted to give a “Fly over” at the Cosford Base, but the Vulcan jet developed a problem- they did however hold a service attended by all the cadets.
( In earlier years, Don rode Trials with me in Wales)
