Answer to the last quiz – Jordi Tarres on the Beta zero – our usual bloggers all got that one.
Quiz today – Who can name these guys?

Well! Yesterday was a real “Cooker” and too hot for this old guy to go out riding – so after watching early morning F1 from Barcelona – ( nice to see Ferrari win) – it was golf from Toronto – The Canadian Open!! – the top Canadian finisher was born in India and raised in Manitoba!!
Later we just kicked back on the deck , but we did have a customer stop by to check out our new Beta Sincro 200 demo – he was visiting from the Island and was pretty stoked after a ride around the yard. – I think we can still get a couple 200’s and 300’s but they are very limited in supply. – No more factory models until next year. – Same applies to TRS – in other words, if you want one of these great bikes best get your money down really quickly.

We saw this nice pic posted by Lawrence from Oliver – he bought that Beta Techno from us in 1986 and it still looks mint !! – the Italian bikes hold up well and most parts are still available. – Did you know that the Beta factory was started in 1905 and is still a family owned business? – ( we have seen lots come and go over the past few years)

The Highland Classic Trial was a huge success once again – we saw that Harry was entered but we have not checked out the results – However it was Mick Grant – a former TT winner, who took home the award for the oldest finisher, see here with John Moffat.
