Answer to that last quiz – the pic was of Phillipe Berlatier tackling the Ioco section called “Stanly falls” at the 1990 World round – we sponsored that section and had a big sign posted at the end cards.
You can also see Bob Clark standing at the bottom along with Barry VanAs. – I’m around there somewhere taking photographs, but not this one.
A few got this Brett, Bob, Stan – plus Roger who sent me the pit board. pic.

Quiz today – I’ll be surprised if anybody gets this ??? But looks like a neat section.

A local Vernon guy posted a bunch of pics from a hike he did up Joss mountain recently – lots of snow patches – but when we went up all those years when trials bikes were allowed we only had a time frame of a few weeks – August-Sept.- way too much snow at other times, so obviously climate change is in effect. – of course that route has now been carefully manicured for people to hike, not like when we went up on trials bikes. – this is the sign posted at the bottom now.

Here is a pic from the 2nd ride we did.- Taff,- Mark and another Okanagan rider who I can’t recall his name – as you can see Taff is trying to warm his hands at this point about 6,000ft

And a later one showing Bob Clark fighting the snow.

More mountain snow – this time it was Sept 5th a few years ago up on Crowfoot mountain – near Martin and Julie’s place.
