Good morning Outlaw bloggers!! – Another early day searching the web for the latest news. – in the Trials world, that means the Costa Brava 2 day Classic in Spain, so we will keep an eye open for results from that . – one of the favorites has to be Dan Clark on the Beta – but we will be watching out for our Harry McKay on his pretty special Fantic as well – I’m sure the Scottish invasion has already arrived!!!

Answer to the Thursday quiz. – World MX Champ and a really good trials rider, Jeff Smith at the Scottish Six Day Trial, which he won back in his days riding for BSA. – Harlow was first in with the correct answer – Brett, bob, Pete and Peter from Oz were all onto this one.

Quiz today. Guess who?

looking ahead – the VMC still get to host Trials in December, when most places in the Interior are shut down because of snow.

However we do sometimes get surprised in the Okanagan. – I found this shot of me back in 2004 at Bear Creek. – Obviously we had something planned for Boxing Day that year.

I saw this “Blast from the Past” – showing the McCrae brothers when they had Forest Lawn Cycle in Calgary – Later we set them up with Yamaha – which made Walt really mad. ( Things were a bit hot for a while, but the Japanese wanted a 3rd Yamaha dealer in Calgary)

– Later Doug went into Blackfoot Motorcycle and Darrel had a Honda dealership in Edmonton for a while. – I seem to recall that Marvin on the left went off to sail the South seas someplace. – Doug actually phoned me a couple of months back for a chat.

Here is a flashback to the TDN in Italy, showing our Team Outlaw gals, posing by the Beta tent. – I forgot to mention yesterday, that Emily was the only lady to finish that grueling Baja event a few weeks ago, in spite of the crash and other issues – that took a LOT.!!!
