It’s hard to believe that we are already in May and of course this is a month full of Trials action – The Pre 65 Scottish goes today and tomorrow with the weather looking fantastic, although I doubt it will stay this way all week. – multi time winner Garry Mac is on a Bantam this year and many of you will have seen his you tube video practicing on some Scottish sections. – Jon English flies out today and we will follow all the Cannucks next week.
Our old friend Harry Mckay is riding the Pre 65 and we wish him luck – Harry and Wendy only live about 20 miles from Fort William, so he knows the area very well.
Answer to the last quiz was of course Steve Saunders – an easy one for most of our bloggers, including John Kitchener in the UK and Steve ORorke – plus our regular enthusiasts in Canada. – Brett was first in as usual, followed by Pete Varey, Roger Boothroyd and Stan.
We saw Saunders and Eddie Lejuene riding those neat and very quiet Hondas at Ioco in 1986 – I was impressed.
