Section is Lagnaha. – Brett got everything except the section!! -Peter from Oz got the bike correct but wrong year. -Neil also got the bike and year – but wrong section ( a tricky one)
As we go into Day #3 of the Scottish we can only marvel at the weather so far, but also the degree of riding – Take a look at the video clips on You tube – for example the 3rd subsection at Dars Burn – James Dabill was the first clean on this showing excellent form in spite haven’t been retired now for some time. -As a club rider, You can imagine giving this last section a go in a one day event – but not on the first day of six!! – even the Observer was hanging onto a rope.
Here are the top scores after Day #2 – notice that the top five riders went “Clean” and also young George Hemingway. – And below a great shot of Harry Hemingway on the Factory Beta – joint leader after two days.
The one first day video of Lagnaha, shows Dougie Lampkin taking a bad fall which would account for 5 of his 6 total for the day – also going well is Scots Lad Jamie Galloway on the 125 TRS.
One thing we do wonder about, is all the static stops made by the super stars, which are not being penalized in what is supposed to be a “Non-Stop” trial.
It looks like Jon English gained a couple of spots on the day but I’m afraid I don’t know the other Canadian lads entered or how they are doing. – But here is a shot of Aaron.
