Here is a neat pic, showing Turple bros shop in Red Deer back in the day, with Glenn and Rex Turple standing outside.
I knew them both quite well, Rex was a very good rider and excelled in both MX and Flat-track, but died too young of cancer. Glenn is still going well into his 90’s, although the shop moved to the Southside of the City many years ago, and is run by Gordon Turple. – Glenn showed me his office door in the old building on one of my visits where he had a long list of all the motorcycle dealers who had been and gone broke in Red Deer.
