The last quiz showed Steve Foord doing his superman act at a WTC National in Summerland – I have the sequence taken with my Nikon.

Taff was first in with the correct response followed by Harlow and Brett.

One very important friend we also miss these days – Jimmy Corkle no longer with us, but what a lot of great times we shared, Jimmy was working at the Honda dealership in Fernie, when I first met him and although he came across as a real, Harley rider, he got interested in Trials, and it wasn’t long before he and his buddy Fergy were at the very first Outlaw Trial we held in Summerland. Jimmy had rigged up some snowmobile style tether switches that they had attached to their jersey’s !!! which I found interesting!! – problem was when they moved or got thrown back on the bike while riding a section – the plug came off and an instant five went on the card!! – However just one small way that Jimmy was ahead of his time in thinking.
Jimmy and myself spent many hours trying to solve the starting issues with that first Sherco 320 4T in 2005 – We sent 6 pages of notes to the factory and got a thankyou note from Andreu Cordina.
After many months I had a guy stop in to look at the bikes – we showed him a Gas Gas, a Beta and the infamous Sherco – He really like the Sherco 4T – so I said – If you can start it ! I will make you a really good deal!! – He kicked it over and it started first time – the ONLY time it ever did that – “Sold” – Jimmy and myself had a chuckle about that.
Below is a pic of Jimmy riding one of my Ossa Twin Shocks at a Stoney Plain Trial

And here he is with one of his gadgets checking the altitude on our way up Joss Mountain.

Still looking back in our Lost but not forgotten file – Bob Work and Al Perret seen here with me, Steve Crevier and Steve Baker at a Hall of Fame event in Vancouver.. – Such great memories of all these guys.

Of course our list of honor to remember old friends would not be complete without Adrian Brown, who we lost a few years ago to Cancer. We held a number of Trials in his memory.
